Anna has been practicing yoga since 1993 and is passionate about the many benefits that regular practice brings.  Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, Donna Farhi and Angela Farmer, she teaches a gentle yet deep style of Hatha Yoga, with emphasis on grounding, breathing and releasing.  She trained to teach with Chloe Freemantle, Anne-Marie Zulkahari, Giovanni Felicioni, Pete Blackaby, Lisa McRory and Neville Cregan on the AIYP London Yoga Teacher Training Course, which is fully accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Since qualifying in 2011 she has been teaching regular classes across London, to groups and also individuals.  She has a special interest in using yoga as a therapeutic tool to support those recovering from illness or injury, or simply dealing with everyday stress.  Above all she sees yoga as a practice in mindfulness; anchoring awareness in the present moment, and in the body. She tailors her teaching to the individual with a flexible and responsive approach.

Unwind and re-energise after work with a range of poses and sequences to quieten the mind and revive the body.  Open to all levels, including beginners.
