Daniel enjoys treating clients with a variety of problems, from chronic pain conditions and acute injuries, general stress release, improving posture and relieving minor aches and pains. Daniel  aims to make every treatment as therapeutic as possible whilst also being a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

A typical session might include Swedish and deep tissue style of massage with added sports massage techniques like soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point release, shiatsu and stretching if suitable.

Daniel  discovered massage while studying general wellness in Sweden in the 90’s and was Immediately hooked. Daniel then studied with Axelsons Gymnastiska Institute, Scandinavia’s oldest and largest school for complementary and alternative medicine, to become a massage therapist, and then worked at Selma Lagerlöf Hotel & Spa, the largest full service Spa in Scandinavia for a few years until leaving for London and further studies at The British School of Shiatsu-Do.

Daniel’s latest training is with the renowned Jing Institute in Brighton where he has completed his Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and Myofascial Release Certificate, and finished the third year of his BTEC 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage.
