The program will run over three 75-minute sessions
Wednesdays 6.30 pm till 7.45 pm – 29th May, 12th & 26th June
- Small groups
- Practical suggestions and challenges to motivate change
- Personal dietary analysis and interpretation call for each participant
- Private coaching session by phone, after the program to support on-going progress

Marjolein specialises in supporting women to feel their best, bringing their bodies back into balance by achieving healthy energy levels and balanced moods. However, these sessions are open to anyone interested in how food affects their mood and vitality.
