In this 6 week course we will work on the foundations of your Pilates practice; you’ll learn work to your muscles in a balanced way, improve your posture whilst building your strength and flexibility with each class.
This class is for you, if you’re an absolute beginner or if you’re coming back from a long break.
Do you have old injuries and underlying conditions? That’s fine, just let the teacher know before you start class.
