Part time receptionist position available, suitable for a friendly, practical person who is interested in developing a career in the business/management side of the health care industry and enjoys working as part of a team.

24 hours / week part time

Shift pattern: –

Monday Prebend St 13.30 – 19.30 p.m. (6 hours)

Thursday Prebend St 13.30 – 19.30 p.m. (6 hours)

Friday Goswell 13.30 – 19.30 p.m. (6 hours)

Saturday Goswell Rd – 8.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. (6 hours)

Salary: –

  • 13.5K per annum (plus overtime) starting salary, depending on experience, reviewed after three months
  • 4 weeks paid holiday per annum running from April to April pro rata
  • Paid Bank Holidays
  • Free chiropractic care

Duties: –

  • Opening the building checking and making ready on time to greet first patients/clients
  • Welcoming patients/clients and attending to their needs whilst waiting for their appointments
  • Answering the phones, taking new patient details and booking appointments
  • Attending to general administrative tasks such as – typing and scanning letters/case details
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Making sure building is in good order throughout the day – e.g., checking toilets/kitchens, treatment rooms and studios
  • Folding and putting away towels and gowns
  • Following cleaning and other protocols (such as temperature taking) – to ensure COVID secure status is maintained
  • Balancing end of days takings
  • Making sure treatment rooms and studios are ready for the next day
  • Attending to any tasks requested by management
  • A designated area of business to look after – such as orders/social media/IT liaisons
  • Securing building at close of business
